Excellent service, very professional, and listens to the customer's concerns. TRUE STORY: My son's Mini Cooper broke down, and the insurance company picked up the vehicle and towed it to one of their recommended BMW shops. The insurance company shop called for additional authorization of $150-$300 for further testing to determine if the engine needs to be replaced between $12,000 - $18,000. I declined and pick up the vehicle and took it to HAAS auto repairs. The owner, Billy, has worked on the car many times and provided excellent service. HAAS called me the next day, indicated they removed rear value cover & found the casing plugin cylinder head between the camshafts came out. I pick up the vehicle for a fair price. MY SON CAN COMPLETE GEORGE MASON WITH HIS VEHICLE. GOD BLESS.

What more can I say, Bill Haas and Haas Auto are truly awesome. He previously worked on my 66’ Corvair and knew exactly what needed to be done on a brake job. Perfect! Today, when another mechanic tried to scam me $650 on a tie rod failure “discovered” during a VA state inspection, Bill and crew came to the rescue.
